Description

Lead SAP Best Practice work streams for Inventory and Warehouse Management requirements gathering and configuration.

You will own the end-to-end configuration, documentation, and integration of warehouse processes within S/4HANA environments.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements through configuration assessments and workshop presentations.
• Manage configuration documentation, key decision logs, and process flows.
• Design authorization, security, and test plans for standard and custom objects.
• Execute end-to-end warehouse processes including Goods Receipt, Stock Transport Orders, and Production Order kitting.
• Author functional specifications for MES and external 3PL system integrations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with SAP EWM in S/4HANA environments.
• Deep knowledge of Goods Receipt, Return to Vendor, and Sales Order Goods Issues.
• Experience with Transfer postings, Availability checks, and Batch determination.
• Hands-on expertise with Inbound and Outbound forms.
• Ability to integrate SAP with MES and external 3PL warehouse systems.
• Proficiency in S/4 Experience, Reporting, and Change Management.
• Experience defining Process Flows and Authorization and Security protocols.

Preferred Skills

• Background in A&D industry processes.
