Description

Provide first-level technical support for SAP MM modules in an onsite capacity.

Responsibilities

• Resolve known errors using SAP Notes, Knowledge Base articles, and existing documentation.
• Perform root cause analysis to provide effective solutions for customer incidents.
• Document technical findings by creating WIKI entries and Knowledge Base articles.
• Participate in 24x7 support activities, including weekend shifts.
• Report identified errors to development organizations and assist in real-time chat support.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical support or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with SAP MM.
• Strong diagnostic and technical analysis skills for troubleshooting customer issues.
• Ability to assess, plan, and collect information during incident resolution.
• Solid understanding of internet technologies.
• Familiarity with general business terms and processes.
• Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
