Description

You will lead the design, configuration, and support of ERP systems within a refinery application environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business processes into functional technical solutions.
• Manage technical implementations and ongoing support for core ERP modules.
• Lead and communicate with offsite support teams.
• Develop technical documentation and user guides for end users.
• Maintain application inventories and portfolios.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ERP application design and implementation.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA.
• Deep understanding of core ERP processes and modules.
• Experience working within refinery-specific application ecosystems.
• Ability to identify and resolve pain points within IT application environments.
• Strong technical communication skills for interacting with IT, digital, and business stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Coupa, SuccessFactors, MCi TRACK, Hexagon EcoSys, or SAP Ariba.
