Description

Lead the design and integration of complex SAP system architectures to align with business and IT objectives.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Create system architecture artifacts and documentation for vendors and global initiatives.
• Design and integrate new solutions while determining scope and impact in complex environments.
• Own and prioritize the backlog for the Architecture runway team and manage technical dependencies.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to define technical enablers and acceptance criteria.
• Lead hands-on evaluations of new products and develop value propositions for technical capabilities.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of industry experience with enterprise systems and cross-functional implementation.
• Deep expertise in SAP Commerce, SAP ECC, SAP PO, and Mulesoft.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring, Angular, JS, and API frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, AWS Lambda services, and containerization.
• Experience with Akamai, ADO, and Adobe Campaign.
• Proven track record in post-production support or full lifecycle implementations of SAP.
• Knowledge of ERP functional modules and integration points including Workday.
• Ability to represent technical viewpoints and make prudent security decisions.
• Experience leading integration projects between SAP HCM and external platforms.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing tax configuration for multiple US states.
• Knowledge of Labor Management or Time & Attendance systems.
