Description

You lead SAP testing efforts, managing teams and strategies to ensure high-quality project delivery.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, cases, and scripts covering functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.
• Lead a team of SAP testers by assigning tasks, providing guidance, and reviewing deliverables against quality standards.
• Design testing strategies that align with project goals, scope, and business requirements.
• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution while communicating status updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to troubleshoot issues, analyze root causes, and resolve system defects or bottlenecks.

Required Skills

• 7-10 years of experience in SAP testing activities.
• Proven experience as an SAP Testing Lead or in a similar leadership role.
• Hands-on experience testing SAP modules and functionalities.
• Deep understanding of SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP Fiori.
• Proficiency with test management tools including HP ALM, JIRA, and SAP Solution Manager.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, best practices, and industry standards.
• Ability to conduct risk assessments and mitigate testing risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Preferred Skills

• SAP or ISTQB certification.
• Experience with automated testing tools such as SAP CBTA, UFT, or Selenium.
• Experience in Agile or DevOps environments.
