Description

You will lead SuccessFactors LMS implementations and provide technical consulting to clients.

Responsibilities

• Implement SuccessFactors LMS using prescribed methodologies.
• Facilitate workshops, document business requirements, and develop prototypes.
• Configure solutions, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and manage production releases.
• Consult customers on industry-specific features, system processes, and best practice solutions.
• Present technical components to stakeholders and transfer product knowledge to customers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP LMS implementation and consulting.
• SuccessFactors LMS certification.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into working technical solutions.
• Expertise in LMS implementation, SAP, and workflow process and tracking.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to collaborate across different time zones.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience implementing other SuccessFactors modules.
• Experience managing teams.
