Description

You will implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors LMS solutions, guiding clients from requirements gathering through production release.

Responsibilities

• Implement SuccessFactors LMS following prescribed methodologies.
• Facilitate workshops, document requirements, and develop prototypes.
• Configure solutions, support User Acceptance Testing, and manage production releases.
• Consult customers on industry-specific features and system processes.
• Transfer product knowledge and present technical components to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SuccessFactors LMS implementation and consulting.
• Certified in SF LMS.
• Strong experience configuring solutions and supporting UAT.
• Ability to translate business requirements into working technical solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in implementing other SuccessFactors modules is a plus.
