Description

Lead SAP strategy and implementation for Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Materials Management (MM), and Procurement. You will manage onshore and offshore teams, drive process optimization, and ensure seamless integration across supply chain functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP EWM, MM, and Procurement projects, including design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Manage onshore and offshore SAP teams and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective SAP solutions.
• Optimize warehouse, inventory, procurement, and sourcing processes within the SAP environment.
• Monitor system performance, governance, and compliance with internal controls.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of SAP experience with strong expertise in EWM, MM, and Procurement.
• 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Deep understanding of warehouse, inventory, purchasing, and supplier management processes.
• Proven experience managing global SAP implementations and support teams.
• Experience ensuring integration of SAP modules (EWM, MM, SD, FI, and PP) for end-to-end supply chain visibility.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• SAP certifications in EWM, MM, or S/4HANA.
• Experience with automation, RF, MFS, or advanced warehouse integrations.
• Industry experience in manufacturing, retail, distribution, or logistics.
