Description

You will support master data governance and documentation efforts as a Technical Writer.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain master data records for materials, vendors, and customers in ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Draft and revise SOPs, work instructions, and controlled documents.
• Collaborate with SMEs in Supply Chain, Quality, and IT to gather documentation input.
• Monitor data quality and support data cleansing initiatives.
• Maintain version control and document lifecycle tracking using systems like TrackWise or SharePoint.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in master data, documentation, or regulated operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Information Systems, or related field.
• Basic understanding of ERP systems and document control platforms.
• Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with GMP, ISO, or other regulatory frameworks.
• Experience with SharePoint.
