Description

Lead the functional design and technical implementation of SAP MDG-EAM to support S/4HANA Enterprise Asset Management.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of SAP MDG-EAM using the Prometheus Group extension.
• Configure data models, workflows, validations, and business rules for asset master data objects.
• Customize and enhance the Prometheus MDG-EAM solution using ABAP, BRF+, and FPM.
• Integrate MDG-EAM with S/4HANA and external systems using BAPIs, IDocs, or APIs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define governance processes and support data quality initiatives.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of SAP experience, including at least 3 years in SAP MDG and 2+ years in EAM.
• Hands-on experience implementing SAP MDG-EAM via the Prometheus Group extension.
• Deep understanding of EAM master data, including equipment, functional locations, and BOMs.
• Proficiency in ABAP development and MDG extensibility.
• Experience with S/4HANA, BAPIs, IDocs, and APIs.
• Proven ability with data migration tools and data quality frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• SAP MDG or EAM certification.
• Familiarity with SAP BTP, Fiori apps, or MDG on cloud.
• Experience in asset-intensive industries such as utilities, oil & gas, or manufacturing.
