Description

Lead end-to-end SAP MDG solution design, implementation, and governance for master data domains including Material, Business Partner, and Finance.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design MDG solutions, defining governance models, workflow configurations, business rules, derivations, validations, and replication mechanisms.
• Lead implementation projects through blueprinting, configuration, enhancement, and testing phases.
• Establish and enforce master data governance frameworks, policies, and standards to ensure data quality and lifecycle management.
• Manage integration between MDG, S/4HANA, ECC, non-SAP systems, and middleware (PI/PO/CPI).
• Drive stakeholder workshops, requirement gathering, sprint planning, and cutover activities while coordinating with ABAP teams on custom enhancements.

Required Skills

• SAP MDG solution design and architecture for data domains.
• Configuration of Data Models, UI Modelling (FPM/Fiori), and BRF+.
• Implementation of Rule-Based Workflows and Data Replication (SOA/IDoc).
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and ECC environments.
• Integration with non-SAP systems and middleware (PI/PO/CPI).
• Data migration tools: BODS, LSMW, or SAP Migration Cockpit.
• 5+ years of experience in SAP MDG roles.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

• Leadership experience managing onsite/offshore teams.
