You will own the SAP MDG EAM solution architecture, governance, and implementation across a global multi-plant landscape.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the MDG target architecture, including hub vs. co-deployment models and integration with SAP S/4HANA EAM.
• Configure the MDG EAM data model (USMD_EAM), including entity types, attributes, UI groupings, and custom field enhancements.
• Design and implement BRF+ workflows for Equipment and Functional Location, including dynamic routing and parallel processing for mass changes.
• Establish data governance operating models, RACI matrices, and KPIs for asset master lifecycle management.
• Lead legacy data migration, including cleansing, enrichment, and reconciliation of Equipment and Functional Location data.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with SAP MDG EAM solution and architecture.
• Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA EAM modules and master data structures.
• Proficiency in configuring USMD_EAM data models, entity types, and extensions.
• Hands-on experience with BRF+ for workflow design, validation, and derivation logic.
• Strong knowledge of Data Replication Framework (DRF), IDocs, and SOA services for integration.
• Experience designing custom Fiori apps for asset creation, change, and mass maintenance.
• Ability to define global data governance standards, RACI models, and operating cadence.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Data Quality Management (DQM) for duplicate detection and standardization.
• Background in leading cross-functional teams and delivering global design workshops.
