Description

You will lead SAP MDG/MDM support and governance for global systems in a client-facing capacity.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues (P2, P3, P4, REQ) within SLA boundaries.
• Manage P1 critical issues and participate in on-call rotations for after-hours coverage.
• Lead daily and weekly governance calls to report ticket progress, backlogs, and root cause analysis.
• Coordinate technical activities with offshore application operations teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP MDG.
• Proficiency in Techno/Functional MDG implementation and support.
• Experience working within the Retail industry.
• Ability to manage global SAP MDG/MDM systems.
• Proven experience in a client-facing lead role.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree.

• Experience in application support.
