Description

You provide Level 2 support for the SAP ME solution, ensuring system stability and performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and identify root causes of defects, specifically configuration and data issues.
• Collaborate with SAP ME developers during realization and testing phases.
• Test the SAP ME solution and log incidents as required.
• Communicate effectively with SAP maintenance and support teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP ME support.
• Proven expertise in Root Cause Analysis.
• Experience with Incident Management.
• Knowledge of SAP FI and broader SAP Products.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Effective professional communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
