Support and optimize SAP ME solutions within discrete manufacturing environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct gap analyses of business requirements against SAP ME capabilities to identify improvements.
• Troubleshoot connectivity and integration issues within the SAP ME landscape.
• Configure SAP ME API actions within transactions to ensure seamless functionality.
• Manage and log incidents, communicating directly with SAP maintenance and support teams for resolution.
• Identify and correct coding and configuration defects discovered during testing phases.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as an SAP ME Support Specialist or in a similar technical role.
• Deep knowledge of manufacturing processes, nomenclature, and tools for discrete industries.
• Proficiency in SAP ME solution capabilities and gap analysis.
• Hands-on experience configuring SAP ME API actions.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex connectivity and integration issues.
• Experience managing incidents and technical communication with SAP support.
• Strong problem-solving skills for correcting coding and configuration defects.
• Experience with SAP FI and Statutory Accounting Principles (SAP).
