Description

You will provide functional and technical expertise for SAP ME and QM, shaping digital manufacturing, quality, and sustainability solution strategies.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead MES/QMS integration with S/4HANA and IoT platforms to build connected manufacturing environments.
• Deliver backlog items (CRs, INCs, PRBs, CHGs, service requests) including user stories, estimates, design docs, demos, testing, and automation.
• Ensure delivery consistency through Agile, SDLC, and program governance practices.
• Ensure solutions meet security, architectural, and data best-practice standards.
• Lead and coach small teams (1–2 people) while supporting cross-team initiatives.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with SAP PP/PI, SAP QM, and legacy MES systems (e.g., CC+I).
• Deep knowledge of Manufacturing Execution and Supply Chain processes, KPIs, and value drivers.
• Strong configuration, coding, and design experience in MFG Execution and Production Planning systems.
• Proficiency in Agile and SDLC methodologies.
• Knowledge of sustainability/ESG data management and Scope 1–3 emissions.
• Strong customer orientation and problem-solving ability.
• Experience with integrating MES/QMS into connected manufacturing environments.
