Description

You will lead data migration efforts and business blueprinting for SAP implementations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead business workshops to drive blueprinting activities and requirement gathering.
• Define specifications for automated data migration transformation rules and identify duplicate records.
• Produce custom solution specifications based on detailed analysis of customer business processes.
• Analyze legacy data, validate load files, and manage user testing and acceptance processes.
• Direct SAP BODS / ADM development teams through coding, testing, and documentation phases.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP environments.
• Expertise in Data Migration processes and execution.
• Proficiency with SAP BODS / ADM tools.
• Experience conducting high-level and detailed business process analysis.
• Proven ability to manage data quality checks and load file testing.
• Ability to lead user acceptance testing (UAT) for migration workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP MM module specific data structures.
• Background in large-scale enterprise data cleansing projects.
