Description

Lead SAP testing efforts for Material Management and Retail modules, owning end-to-end business process flows and software testing strategies. Manage the defect lifecycle, testing metrics, and quality assurance to ensure development tasks meet defined criteria.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive testing strategies and end-to-end business process flows.
• Manage the defect lifecycle, testing metrics, and quality assurance standards.
• Coordinate with Business Analysts, ABAP teams, and Functional Analysts to align testing with business requirements.
• Mentor resources on testing methodologies, best practices, and documentation standards.
• Collaborate with automation teams to provide functional knowledge for script development and remediation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP testing.
• Expertise in SAP MM (Material Management).
• Expertise in SAP Retail modules.
• Deep understanding of SDLC and the full testing lifecycle.
• Proficiency with test management tools.
• Experience managing testing KPIs and effort tracking.
• Strong documentation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to design and implement detailed testing plans and reporting mechanisms.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation.
