Description
You will lead the SAP MM support function, owning functional delivery and team coordination for S/4HANA.
Responsibilities
- Lead the SAP MM support team, ensuring timely ticket resolution and SLA compliance.
- Provide expert functional support for S/4HANA Materials Management, covering P2P, Inventory, and Logistics.
- Handle L2/L3 tickets, performing root-cause diagnosis and coordinating fixes with FI, SD, PP, WM, and QM teams.
- Gather business requirements, prepare functional specifications for enhancements, and drive testing cycles (Unit, Integration, UAT).
- Develop process documentation, SOPs, and ensure adherence to ITIL processes for Incident and Change management.
Required Skills
- Minimum 10+ years of SAP MM experience, with at least 2+ years in S/4HANA.
- Expert functional knowledge of P2P processes, Inventory Management, and Logistics execution.
- Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order, GR/GI, and Transfer Postings.
- Experience managing and supporting system interfaces, IDocs, and batch jobs.
- Strong understanding of integration points with FI, SD, PP, WM, and QM.
- Solid experience in AMS Support within a global operating environment.
- Ability to translate business needs into functional specifications for WRICEF objects.
