Description

Lead Business Process Validation for SAP S/4HANA Procure to Pay processes. Own end-to-end scenario validation, gap analysis, and defect resolution while collaborating with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead BPV activities for SAP S/4HANA P2P processes including procurement, purchase requisitions, orders, goods receipt, and invoice verification.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to map current and future state procurement workflows.
• Execute BPV test cycles, conducting scenario walkthroughs, identifying issues, and validating defects.
• Analyze business process gaps and coordinate with functional and technical teams to resolve integration issues with Finance (FI).
• Prepare BPV documentation, test evidence, and sign-off artifacts while providing functional guidance during retesting.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP MM / P2P.
• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA MM configuration and business processes.
• In-depth knowledge of the Procurement and P2P lifecycle.
• Proven experience in SAP S/4 BPV, UAT, or Process Validation initiatives.
• Understanding of MM and FI module integration.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience working with global stakeholders in a remote environment.
