Description

Lead the implementation, testing, and deployment of SAP systems across global supply chain networks and manufacturing facilities.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute testing, training, and hypercare activities across multiple workstreams and business units.
• Collaborate with change management teams to deploy and train supply chain organizations worldwide.
• Manage project lifecycles, resource utilization, and on-site SAP deployments.
• Develop and track critical metrics to monitor implementation success.
• Support the transition to new environments by ensuring fully integrated business processes.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in SAP MM and Source to Pay (STP) processes.
• Proven experience with full life cycle SAP S/4HANA or MES implementations.
• Expertise in project management and change management within complex programs.
• Deep functional knowledge of Supply Chain workstreams and integrated business processes.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage complex stakeholder communications.
• Experience with on-site SAP deployment and operational support.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
