Description

You will manage SAP Materials Management and Production Planning processes within a discrete manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Configure SAP MM and PP modules, including MRP types, lot sizes, and procurement types.
• Manage Bill of Materials (BoM) structures, covering variant, multiple, and material BoM types.
• Maintain BoM data through creation, changes, deletions, and mass maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues by identifying and analyzing diverse process problems.
• Document and communicate solutions using process flow and collaboration tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP Materials Management (MM) and Production Planning (PP).
• Hands-on configuration experience with MRP1, MRP2, MRP3, and MRP4 parameters.
• Deep understanding of MRP Group, Lot Size definition, and Special Procurement.
• Expertise in Planning Strategy Groups, Availability Checks, and Production Scheduling Profiles.
• Technical knowledge of BoM explosion types and dependent requirements behavior.
• Experience managing Single Level and Multi Level BoM structures.
• Proficiency in managing item categories such as Ex.Stock and Variable Size items.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP Warehouse Management (WM).
• Knowledge of integration aspects across different business processes.
