Description

Lead functional workstreams to execute integrated SAP systems and business processes across global supply chain networks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute testing, training, and implementation activities across mills, plants, and business unit facilities.
• Collaborate with change management teams to drive deployment and training for worldwide supply chain organizations.
• Develop and track critical metrics to monitor project success and transition effectiveness.
• Support on-site SAP deployment, including hypercare and resource utilization management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of diversified business process and operational knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with a full life cycle SAP S/4HANA or MES implementation.
• Proficiency in one or more of the following: SAP FI, SAP SD, SAP LE, SAP PP, or SAP MM.
• Expertise in project management and change management methodologies.
• Experience managing complex program implementations and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to support on-site deployment activities at manufacturing plants and mills.
• Strong communication and influencing skills for stakeholder management.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent graduate education.
