Description

You will lead the end-to-end architecture, design, and delivery of SAP Native HANA solutions, specifically within integrated platforms like IBP or SAC.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and implementation of SAP Native HANA solutions with a focus on SACP and Planning.
• Manage onsite stakeholder engagement through requirement gathering, solution walkthroughs, and demos.
• Act as the primary bridge between offshore teams and onsite leadership to ensure scope and timeline clarity.
• Review technical design documents to ensure adherence to SAP and enterprise architecture guidelines.
• Represent the HANA team in architecture, governance, and design review boards.
• Mentor and guide junior HANA consultants across different geographies.

Required Skills

• 12–15 years of IT experience with 10–12+ years specifically in SAP Native HANA and SACP development.
• Expert-level proficiency in Native HANA, SQL Script, Calc Views (Graphical and Scripted), Table Functions, and Stored Procedures.
• Deep knowledge of SAP HANA authorization models, including analytical privileges and role design.
• Experience designing real-time, scalable reporting solutions for TB-scale datasets.
• Proven ability in HANA data modeling, code optimization, and memory utilization.
• SACP with Planning experience is mandatory.
• Strong ability to present and defend architectural decisions to leadership.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience with SAP ABAP or integration with ABAP-based systems.
• Hands-on knowledge of SAP BusinessObjects, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), or other frontend reporting tools.
• Functional understanding of supply chain clinical planning domains.
