Roles and Responsibilities:

• System Configuration & Maintenance
  • Configure, upgrade, patch, and manage OpenText Content Server (OTCS).
  • Configure, upgrade, patch, and manage OpenText Directory Services (OTDS).
• Custom Development
  • Design and customize complex workflows.
  • Design and customize forms.
  • Develop and customize system solutions.
• API Integration
  • Integrate OpenText applications with external enterprise systems.
  • Work with REST APIs.
  • Work with SOAP APIs.
• Troubleshooting
  • Handle software infrastructure incident management.
  • Resolve complex technical support issues.

Skills Required:

• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in SAP OpenText / ECM application support or consulting.
• Experience
  • 3 to 5+ years of hands-on experience in OpenText administration or development.
• Technical Stack
  • Strong proficiency in Java.
  • Strong proficiency in XML.
  • Knowledge of SQL databases.
  • Experience with web services.
  • REST/SOAP.
• Platform Knowledge
  • Familiarity with OpenText Content Server.
  • Familiarity with OpenText Archive Server.
  • Familiarity with OpenText xECM.
• Soft Skills
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Good English communication skills.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
