Description

Lead end-to-end setup, configuration, and management of OpenText xECM within SAP environments, ensuring successful delivery for multiple customers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own installation and configuration of xECM components across ECM and SAP platforms.
• Configure SAP business objects and processes within SAP ECC and S/4HANA.
• Implement SAP archival using ArchiveLink and configure it for the Content Suite Platform.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently across xECM components.
• Document implementation steps and technical processes for customer delivery.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in OpenText xECM Document Management.
• Deep understanding of ECM and Extended ECM architecture, components, and installation.
• Proven experience implementing xECM for at least 3-5 distinct use cases or customers.
• Hands-on expertise with SAP, OT ECM, Azure, and AWS.
• Experience working within RUP or Agile project delivery methodologies.
• Ability to derive estimation methodologies and technical accelerators for deal support.
• Strong capability in digital transformation and migration techniques.

Preferred Skills

• Enterprise architecture certification such as TOGAF.
• Certified project management credentials.
