Description

Manage end-to-end configuration, development, and support for OpenText VIM and ICC solutions.

Configure VIM workflows, business rules, and dashboard options for AP, Buyers, and Receivers. Map EDI/IDOC and ICC OCR fields to VIM header and line item fields for PO and Non-PO invoices. Develop custom business rules and extensions to handle complex routing and cost validation. Analyze ICC OCR extraction results to resolve auto-posting failures and improve line item recognition. Troubleshoot SAP VIM workflow errors using technical logs and diagnostic tools.

Responsibilities

• Configure VIM workflows, business rules, and dashboard options.
• Map EDI/IDOC and ICC OCR fields to VIM header and line items.
• Develop custom business rules for complex routing and cost validation.
• Analyze ICC OCR results to resolve auto-posting failures.
• Troubleshoot VIM workflow errors using technical logs.

Required Skills

• 10+ years configuring OpenText VIM and ICC.
• Hands-on experience with VIM enhancements and development.
• Proficiency in ABAP coding and technical reading.
• Expertise in IDOC channel configuration and field mapping.
• Experience with VIM Central Reporting and KPI metric configuration.
• Knowledge of SAP Tolerances at Company Code and Vendor Master level.
• Ability to configure VIM Chart of Authority for Non-PO invoice approvals.
• Experience setting up batch jobs and approval notification emails.
• Skill in configuring Price and Quantity Block workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with VIM workflow role configuration and agent determination.
