Description

You will manage and maintain SAP systems running on Oracle databases, ensuring performance, integrity, and security.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain SAP systems on Oracle databases.
• Monitor database performance and implement improvements for optimal operation.
• Perform database backups and recovery procedures to ensure data availability.
• Collaborate with SAP Basis and functional teams to troubleshoot database issues.
• Enforce data integrity and security practices within the SAP environment.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as an SAP Oracle DBA.
• Proficiency in Oracle database administration.
• Experience with SAP systems, including ECC, BW, and HANA.
• Knowledge of SAP and Oracle DBA concepts.
• Experience with SAP Basis environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of database security practices.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
