Description

You will manage SAP Order-to-Cash processes and support business requirements in a remote contract role.

Responsibilities

• Manage and report major application incidents, specifically P1 and P2 issues.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and development specifications.
• Build end-to-end documentation and error catalogues for supported applications.
• Coordinate with support partners to resolve daily business issues and implement new requirements.
• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and engage with stakeholders to manage business relationships.

Required Skills

• 5 to 8 years of experience in SAP OTC.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA in the OTC module.
• Deep knowledge of Pricing, SD Contract management, Credit notes, and other SD processes.
• Understanding of cross-functional integration between SAP modules, specifically FICO, MDG, and PP.
• Experience managing interfaces between SAP and external systems.
• Experience working within support projects.
• Ability to identify and log technical issues and risks.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience diagnosing ABAP programs and Function modules.
