Description

Design, implement, and support SAP Order-to-Cash processes for S/4HANA environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure SAP SD and OTC processes including sales order management, pricing, delivery, billing, and returns.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for technical and ABAP teams.
• Manage integrations with SAP modules such as MM, FI/CO, WM/EWM, and TM, including interfaces, IDocs, EDI, and APIs.
• Lead system testing, UAT support, and defect resolution while creating process documentation and training materials.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams during implementation, rollout, or upgrade projects.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in SAP SD and Order-to-Cash modules.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA OTC processes and Fiori applications.
• Experience with Customer Master Data and Credit Management.
• Proficiency in SAP interfaces, IDocs, EDI, and APIs.
• Ability to create functional specifications and work closely with ABAP developers.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• SAP SD/OTC certification.
• Experience in system testing and defect resolution.
