Description

Manage and support Order-to-Cash processes within SAP environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute functional analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause investigation for OTC incidents.
• Manage SAP standard configuration for pricing, billing, and delivery processing.
• Configure and maintain pricing procedures, output determinations, tax procedures, Variant Configuration, and Bill of Materials.
• Support Third Party, Make-to-Order, and Intercompany business processes.
• Oversee EDI integration between SAP SD and external systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP OTC environments.
• Hands-on experience with S/4HANA or ECC implementation and support projects.
• Deep expertise in Order-to-Cash workflows, including pricing and billing.
• Strong knowledge of SAP SD determinations and standard configuration.
• Proven ability to handle delivery processing and complex pricing procedures.
• Experience managing Variant Configuration and Bill of Materials.
• Proficiency in Third Party, Make-to-Order, and Intercompany processes.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with full cycle S/4HANA SD module implementations.
• Knowledge of EDI and external interface integration with SAP SD.
