Description

You will configure and support SAP Order to Cash (OTC) processes, ensuring end-to-end functionality from sales order to invoicing.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain SAP OTC processes, including sales order management, pricing, billing, and invoicing.
• Manage delivery processing, shipping activities, and customer master data, including credit management.
• Analyze business requirements and design functional solutions for OTC workflows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP OTC issues, supporting integration with MM, FI, and EWM modules.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with SAP SD/OTC processes.
• Strong knowledge of sales orders, deliveries, and billing cycles.
• Proficiency in pricing, output determination, and copy controls.
• Understanding of customer master data and credit management.
• Familiarity with integration points with FI and MM.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Knowledge of IDocs and interfaces.
