You will lead the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP SD modules within an Order-to-Cash environment.
Responsibilities
Analyze complex business process requirements to design and configure appropriate system solutions.
Facilitate workshops to collect, interpret, and document customer requirements and objectives.
Design, customize, and test SD configurations while identifying gaps and providing work-around solutions.
Act as a client liaison to troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve software problems and high-priority emergency transports.
Manage AMS tickets and resolve Order-to-Cash issues within defined SLAs.
Coordinate with technical teams to provide functional inputs for designing and developing third-party interfaces.
Required Skills
15+ years of hands-on SAP experience, including a minimum of 10 years in the SD module.
At least one end-to-end S/4HANA implementation.
5+ years of SAP Application Maintenance and Support (AMS) experience.
Expertise in SD business processes: Customer master data, Pricing conditions, Sales and Service Contracts, Order management, Delivery/Logistics, Billing, Invoicing, and Credit Management.
Functional integration experience with MDG, FI-CO-PA, MM, and PS.
Proven ability to create functional specifications, technical specification inputs, test cases, and training documentation.
Experience managing data sets and interfaces to multiple third-party sales systems.
Strong troubleshooting skills for resolving complex functional issues.
Preferred Skills
Experience with SAP Cloud setup (Rise with SAP).
Knowledge of Customer Master Data in MDG.
Experience in General Retail Sales & Distribution or marketing agency services for retailers.
