Description

Lead the architectural design, implementation, and support of SAP Order to Cash processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and configure core OTC areas including Master Data, Pricing, Sales Order Management, Contracts, and Billing.
• Manage full lifecycle implementations, from gathering requirements and design to testing, cutover, and hyper care.
• Configure and support SAP Vistex for incentive administration, rebates, commissions, and promotions.
• Integrate SAP OTC with FICO, MM, EWM, CRM, and Hybris systems.
• Coach and mentor the team, managing performance, hiring, and career development.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 10 years of IT experience.
• Minimum 5 years in SAP OTC implementation, configuration, and support.
• Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA or ECC 6.0, including EDI/IDoc integrations and WRICEF objects.
• Minimum 3 years experience with SAP Vistex solution.
• Minimum 3 years integrating with SAP FICO, MM, EWM, CRM, and Hybris.
• Experience designing analytics using SAP Fiori.
• Proven ability to communicate technical solutions to all management levels.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP SPM, SAP Apparel and Footwear Solution (AFS), Signavio, or LeanIX.
• Current SAP certification in Sales and Distribution or S/4HANA Sales.
• Participation in greenfield or brownfield ECC to S/4HANA migrations.
