Description

Lead the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) functional tower within an S/4HANA AMS environment, ensuring high-quality support and SLA adherence.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Act as Subject Matter Expert for SAP MM, covering procurement, inventory management, and invoice verification.
• Provide functional support for SAP PM, focusing on procurement and inventory interfaces.
• Manage ticket queues, perform root cause analysis, and drive service improvement plans.
• Collaborate with FI, SD, and WM teams to resolve end-to-end integration challenges.
• Mentor junior consultants and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 8-12 years of experience in SAP functional roles.
• Deep expertise in SAP MM (Purchasing, Inventory Management, Release Strategies, Invoice Verification).
• Solid working knowledge of SAP PM (maintenance planning, work orders, and MM integration).
• Hands-on experience with S/4HANA functionalities and Fiori apps.
• Strong understanding of cross-module integrations with FI, SD, and WM.
• Proven experience managing AMS processes, including ticket lifecycles and incident handling.
• Familiarity with the ITIL framework.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP Ariba, SRM, or SAP GRC.
• Proficiency with SAP Solution Manager, Jira, or ServiceNow.
• Experience in S/4HANA RISE environments.
