Description

Implement and support SAP Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, configuring solutions to meet client business requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement SAP software solutions for P2P processes.
• Analyze client business needs to design and customize system solutions.
• Create and execute Winshuttle scripts for SCM mass data updates.
• Provide training and ongoing support to end-users.
• Write functional specifications for development teams.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent.
• 4+ years of Information Technology experience.
• 3+ years of progressive specialty experience.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
• Working knowledge of Supply Chain Management (SCM) processes.
• Ability to schedule and maintain SCM Dollar Universe SAP jobs.
• US Citizen or Permanent Resident status required.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow tickets for first-tier support.
• Experience assisting SAP Center of Excellence (COE) P2P teams.
