Description

You will lead the Procure-to-Pay functional tower within an S/4HANA AMS environment, ensuring high-quality support delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the P2P functional tower in the S/4HANA AMS environment.
• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for SAP MM, covering procurement, inventory, and invoice verification.
• Manage ticket queues, SLA adherence, root cause analysis, and service improvement plans.
• Collaborate with FI, SD, WM, Ariba/SRM, and Technical teams to resolve end-to-end process issues.
• Drive AMS best practices, standardization, and automation initiatives within the P2P domain.

Required Skills

• 8–12 years of relevant SAP experience, including at least 3 years in a team/tower lead role.
• Deep functional knowledge of SAP MM (Purchasing, Inventory Management, Release Strategies, Invoice Verification).
• Strong understanding of S/4HANA functionalities and integration points with ECC.
• Experience with cross-module integrations involving FI (GR/IR), SD, and WM.
• Experience managing AMS processes, including ticket lifecycle and SLA adherence.
• Ability to analyze complex business issues and recommend system/process improvements.
• Familiarity with ITIL framework and service delivery processes.
• Experience with S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, SAP GRC, ServiceNow, and Jira.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of SAP PM, specifically maintenance planning and work order integration.
