Description

You will design and implement end-to-end SAP PaPM solutions for complex financial calculations, allocations, and reporting. You map business requirements to system capabilities and recommend technical solutions. You configure SAP PaPM settings and execute unit, integration, and acceptance testing. You develop models for financial reporting and assess processes for optimization. You troubleshoot complex defects in collaboration with subject matter experts and support implementation phases including cutover and post-implementation support.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement SAP PaPM solutions for financial calculations and reporting.
• Map business requirements to standard SAP processes with minimal customization.
• Configure system settings and execute unit, integration, and acceptance testing.
• Troubleshoot complex defects and resolve issues with subject matter experts.
• Support project planning, cutover plans, and post-implementation phases.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of SAP experience, including 8+ years of Techno-Functional SAP Finance.
• 2-3+ years of proven experience as an SAP PaPM Systems Analyst, Developer, or Consultant.
• Proficiency with SAP BW, SAP BPC, SAP S/4 HANA, SAP HANA SQL, and OData Services.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling and ETL processes.
• Deep understanding of financial transactional flows, general ledger concepts, company codes, chart of accounts, ledgers, and profit/cost centers.
• Ability to map business requirements to standard SAP processes.
• Experience working within agile software development environments and scrum teams.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• SAP training in Profitability and Performance Management and experience in Insurance or Finance.
• Experience with Financial Product Subledger (FPSL), FI/CO, Analysis for Office, Web Intelligence, or SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4 Embedded analytics and Core Data Services (CDS) views development.
