Description

You will design and configure SAP Payroll systems, translating functional requirements into working solutions through close collaboration with business units and development teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement functional payroll solutions to meet business partner requirements.
• Create functional design documents, system reference guides, process diagrams, and training materials.
• Define workaround processes and corrective actions to solve complex system operation issues.
• Maintain reporting metrics and procedure documentation to ensure consistent problem handling and SLA achievement.
• Diagnose system issues quickly and implement effective technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of configuration experience in SAP ECC Payroll.
• Hands-on experience with PCRs and Schema.
• Deep functional application knowledge of SAP Payroll and US Tax models.
• Proficiency in SAP ECC Payroll, JavaScript IDoc, SDLC, ECC 6.0, and Netweaver.
• Experience with Agile processes and DevOps practices.
• Ability to draft and formalize technical documentation.

Preferred Skills

• 8+ years of configuration experience in SAP ECC Payroll.
• SAP Configuration certifications.
• Proficiency in payroll clusters, off-cycle payments, benefits, garnishments, and process models, plus experience with Enhancement Pack for ECC 6.0 and 3rd party bolt-on software such as BSI and EPI-Use products.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology with a Finance or Accounting emphasis, a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
