Description

You will design and implement functional solutions for SAP Payroll systems by translating business requirements into technical configurations.

Responsibilities

• Create functional design documents, system reference guides, process diagrams, and training materials.
• Define workaround processes and corrective actions to solve complex system operation issues.
• Maintain reporting metrics and procedure documentation to ensure consistent problem handling and SLA achievement.
• Recommend system enhancements by staying current with technology best practices.

Required Skills

• 5 years of configuration experience in SAP ECC Payroll.
• Hands-on experience with PCRs and Schema.
• Functional application knowledge of SAP Payroll.
• Experience with US Tax models.
• Experience with Agile processes and DevOps practices.
• Ability to draft and formalize technical documentation.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, IDoc, and SDLC.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and diagnostic skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology with a Finance or Accounting emphasis, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• 8+ years of configuration experience in SAP ECC Payroll.
• SAP Configuration certification(s).
• Proficiency in payroll clusters, off-cycle payments, 3rd party remittance, benefits, and garnishments.
