Description

You will manage payroll processing for approximately 2,000 employees, ensuring data accuracy across ADP Workforce Now and SAP ERP systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll processing and resolve discrepancies for a workforce of 2,000 employees.
• Perform monthly general ledger account reconciliations and calculate incentive accruals, pro-rated pay, and PTO payouts.
• Configure and maintain ADP Workforce Now settings, including validation tables, security, time & attendance, and payroll codes.
• Support data mapping from the ADP general ledger interface to SAP ERP and audit employee data integrity.
• Create custom reports in ADP and collaborate with cross-functional teams to handle employee inquiries and ensure timely processing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of progressive payroll and accounting experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now.
• Proficiency in SAP ERP and strong understanding of multi-state tax jurisdictions.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience in payroll administration and general ledger management.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive payroll and HR data.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge and project experience in SAP SuccessFactors (EC or EC-P).
• BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
