Description

Manage the configuration, support, and integration of SAP Payroll and Time Management modules. Translate business requirements into functional specifications and provide end-to-end production support from time entry to general ledger posting.

Responsibilities

• Configure SAP settings for break fixes, enhancements, and BSI requirements.
• Perform end-to-end testing of fixes, including creating test plans and scripts.
• Liaise between end-users and developers to resolve application issues.
• Conduct requirement gathering workshops with end-users.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP Payroll and Time configuration and functional support.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP Payroll and Time rules, schemas, wage types, and tax models.
• Experience configuring off-cycle activities, garnishments, and remuneration statements.
• Hands-on experience with checkprinting, direct deposit, and FI postings.
• Proficiency in SAP HCM modules including OM, PA, ECM, and Benefits.
• Knowledge of BSI configuration and SAP HR data migration tools.
• Understanding of SAP workflow strategies and ABAP principles.
• Ability to manage integration points with CRM, BW, FI-CO, MM/WM, and Funds Management.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience with SAP Payroll and Time implementations or upgrades.
