Description

You will lead US payroll implementations and manage complex SAP configuration within on-site environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end full lifecycle US Payroll implementations.
• Configure and maintain BSI tax factory, tax update bulletins, and garnishments.
• Manage benefits configuration, payroll-to-finance posting, and wage type setups including payment models and taxability.
• Perform root cause analysis and resolution for configuration, development, data, and process issues during production support.
• Coordinate year-end testing, legal note applications, and remuneration statement testing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP Payroll.
• Deep knowledge of payroll schemas and rules.
• Expertise in US payroll, taxes, and BSI tax factory configuration.
• Experience with direct deposit, check configurations, and third-party vendor integration.
• Proven track record with time management and time evaluation schema updates.
• Ability to handle wage type setup and payroll-to-finance integration.
• Experience in production support and troubleshooting configuration or development issues.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the Media and Entertainment industry.
