Description

You will lead SAP payroll configurations, maintenance, and integration with finance modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain BSI tax factory settings, including tax update bulletin application and testing.
• Manage garnishment, benefits, and direct deposit or check configurations.
• Develop and manage payroll schemas and rules.
• Execute payroll posting to finance modules and ensure seamless integration between benefits and payroll systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP Payroll.
• Deep technical knowledge of payroll schemas and rules.
• Expertise in US payroll and tax regulations.
• Hands-on experience with BSI tax factory configuration and maintenance.
• Experience with garnishment and benefits integration.
• Proficiency in payroll-to-finance posting processes.
• Practical knowledge of direct deposit and check configurations.
• Competency in system testing and maintenance.
