Description

You will lead end-to-end implementation projects for SAP Payroll and ECP solutions, managing scope, timeline, and budget constraints.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation projects from requirements gathering through technical specification and design.
• Configure SAP Payroll and ECP modules, including payroll schemas, wage types, tax calculations, and custom rules.
• Manage integrations between SAP Payroll, ECP, and other modules like HCM and Finance.
• Ensure seamless data flow and process automation across SAP and third-party systems.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Payroll and ECP implementation, configuration, and support.
• Valid SF ECP certification.
• Deep proficiency in configuring payroll schemas, rules, wage types, and tax calculations.
• Extensive knowledge of SAP HCM modules.
• Proven experience integrating SAP Payroll and ECP with Finance and other SAP solutions.
• Strong understanding of payroll compliance regulations and reporting requirements.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
