Description

You will lead technical delivery for US payroll implementations, owning the full lifecycle from requirement gathering to code review. You design, develop, and maintain complex HR-ABAP custom programs and modify standard SAP code to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Design and write HR-ABAP custom programs, interfaces, info types, and enhancements.
• Develop reports and BDCs using PNP/PNPCE logical databases and cluster programming for Core HR and payroll.
• Implement and configure schemas, functions, and operations within Core HR and Payroll modules.
• Create SMART forms and HR forms, and utilize user exits, BADi, and BAPIs for extensions.
• Guide team members through technical design, unit testing, and code reviews to ensure quality.

Required Skills

• 9-15+ years of experience in payroll technical consulting with a focus on US Payroll.
• Proficient in ABAP HR development, including OOPS concepts and object-oriented programming.
• Deep knowledge of Core HR and Payroll modules, tables, and clusters.
• Experience with PNP/PNPCE logical databases and cluster programming.
• Hands-on experience with SMART forms, BDC, and HR-specific reporting.
• Strong understanding of user exits, BADi, and BAPI implementations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
