Description

You will design, implement, and optimize SAP PLM solutions within an S/4HANA environment.

Responsibilities

• Configure SAP PLM/PDM solutions including BOM Management, DMS, ECM, and Recipe Management.
• Manage S/4HANA migrations from SAP ECC, ensuring data integrity and process optimization.
• Integrate PLM with SAP MM, PP, QM, EWM, and CAD systems using SAP Engineering Control Center (ECTR).
• Develop custom reports, interfaces, and enhancements using ABAP, BAdIs, and BAPIs.
• Optimize workflows and approval processes using SAP Workflow Management.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of experience in SAP PLM/PDM and S/4HANA Product Lifecycle Management.
• Expertise in Engineering Change Management (ECM) and Document Management System (DMS).
• Proficiency in SAP Fiori applications for PLM functionalities.
• Strong technical skills in ABAP debugging, BAdIs, BAPIs, and SAP Workflow Management.
• Experience with Product Structure Management (PSM) and Classification Systems.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Engineering Control Center (ECTR) for CAD integration.
• Ability to integrate PLM with SAP MM, PP, QM, and EWM modules.

Preferred Skills

• SAP PLM Certification.
• Experience with at least 2-3 full-cycle SAP PLM/PDM implementations on S/4HANA.
• Knowledge of SAP Product Compliance, EHS, or AI-driven product lifecycle analytics.
