Description

You will lead SAP PEO configurations and business process analysis for complex manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

  • Configure shop floor routing management, including operations, activities, and linking with components, PRT, and work instructions.
  • Manage major assembly production and custom development requirements for PEO.
  • Create and maintain HR qualifications within the system.
  • Conduct business process workshops and analysis to implement industry best practices.
  • Integrate SAP MES with core SAP components including PP, PS, QM, MM, FI, and CO.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience with SAP implementation.
  • Deep knowledge of SAP PEO configuration and activities.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP CAMS and Shop Floor Automation.
  • Technical understanding of integration points between SAP MES and PP, PS, QM, MM, FI, and CO.
  • Experience with shop-floor systems, including Automation Control Systems, SCADA, and Historians.
  • Background in Aerospace & Defense, Discrete Manufacturing, or shipbuilding.
  • Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

  • S/4 HANA project experience.
  • Interest in learning SAP DMC offerings.
