Description

Lead SAP PEO configurations and integration efforts within complex manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Configure shop floor routing management, including operations, components, PRT, and work instructions.
• Manage major assembly production and custom development requirements for PEO.
• Lead business process workshops, analysis, and technical design discussions.
• Coordinate with on-site engineers, manage project schedules, and escalate risks or issues to management.
• Create quality documentation, collect metrics, and conduct audits to ensure process compliance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with SAP PEO configuration.
• Deep knowledge of SAP Implementation Methodologies.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Proven ability to integrate SAP MES with PP, PS, QM, MM, FI, and CO.
• Experience with SAP CAMS and shop floor automation.
• Knowledge of shop-floor systems including Automation Control Systems, SCADA, and Historians.
• Background in Aerospace & Defense, Discrete Manufacturing, or shipbuilding.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to create and maintain HR qualifications within the system.
