Responsibilities

• Define, develop, and apply performance and scalability benchmarks for SAP systems.
• Debug and improve system performance by analyzing metrics to identify bottlenecks.
• Characterize system behavior through rigorous load testing and analysis.
• Collaborate within cross-functional teams to drive performance improvements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in performance engineering.
• Proficiency with JMeter for load testing and performance simulation.
• Experience with Python for automation and scripting.
• Hands-on expertise with SAP ABAP.
• Working knowledge of SAP HANA architecture and optimization.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
• Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional team environments.
